MDA Insights LLC ("MDA Insights," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information you share with us. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have, in connection with your use of our website at mdainsights.com (the "Site") and our email authentication and domain security services (the "Services").
We keep the information we collect deliberately limited. We may collect:
We do not currently use cookies, web analytics, tracking pixels, or any other automated tracking technology on the Site, and we do not automatically collect browsing data such as IP addresses or pages visited. If this changes in the future, for example if we add analytics tools, we will update this Privacy Policy to describe what's used and the choices available to you.
We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information, such as financial account numbers or government-issued identification numbers, through the Site.
We use the information we collect to:
Contact and quote form submissions are sent directly to our team for review; we do not currently store form submissions in a separate marketing database.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes. We do not currently share information with any outside service providers. The only circumstances in which we would share information are:
We may in the future use a third-party hosted platform to help deliver certain email authentication services, such as hosted SPF, DKIM, or DMARC infrastructure and reporting. If we do, domain and authentication reporting data for active clients using that service, such as sending source and pass/fail authentication data, would be shared with and processed by that provider solely to deliver the Services. Before any such platform is put into use, we will update this section to name the specific provider and describe what's shared.
The Site does not currently use cookies or similar tracking technologies. If that changes in the future, including if a client-facing login portal for a third-party authentication platform described in Section 4 is added to the Site, this section will be updated to describe what's in use and how you can manage your preferences.
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the information we collect. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide the Services, maintain our business records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed for these purposes, we take reasonable steps to delete or anonymize it.
Depending on your location, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, or to opt out of certain uses, such as marketing communications. California residents have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), including the right to know what personal information we have collected about you, the right to request deletion of that information, and the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information; MDA Insights does not sell or share personal information as defined under the CCPA/CPRA. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the information in Section 12 below.
We do not currently send marketing emails. If we begin doing so in the future, you will be able to unsubscribe at any time using a link included in those communications. Service-related communications, such as DMARC monitoring alerts for active clients, are separate from marketing communications and are necessary for us to deliver the Services.
Our Site and Services are intended for business use and are not directed at individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can address it.
The Site may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those third-party sites, and we encourage you to review their privacy policies before providing any information.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by a revised "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically.
